Well, who knows which way this will ultimately go, why some are still positive about this and why some so negative. They could have done some things very differently it appears, and Dan, Jr. could certainly conduct himself differently it appears. Dan Sr. passed away, so who knows how things would have played out if was still alive today and Dan, Jr. was not thrust into this as the inheritor.
While I certainly have been negative in the past, and still will be very surprised if this relists and the common shares are in the same state as they were before the SEC yanked this, I'll just sit back back a visit the tombstone for now. If this does come back, it will be a very rare happy ending for these types of situations in penny land. Very rare indeed...
