I see financials from Q ending Dec2013...

No; AVT has been rather bad about filing their financials. Not only have they not filed anything for the quarter ending Dec. 2013 (which would be an annual report rather than a quarterly report). Their last filed annual report (which would be the last audited report) was for Dec. 2011.

You were looking at a paid, for profit corporations IR/PR company's website where that document was uploaded.

Unfortunately, that is not XBRL formatted audited financials by a PCAOB registered accounting firm filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission's EDGAR system.

The Securities and Exchange Commission's latest audit on AVTC, as per the other poster, is for the period ending December 31, 2011, and the last periodic report filed with the commission was for the period ending September 30, 2012.

That just happens to be where the SEC's Division of Enforcement is right now on invoking Section 12(k) suspensions on delinquent issuers. Appears that AVTC is on deck in the batter's circle.
