The major dump to raise capital was done in February when the stock was at .0025! Why would anyone sell now?

Agree! BAYP is one of the slimiest SCAM i've seen.

Btw, the split is tmrw and that deal is not even closed yet.

Wouldn't be surprised to see the best PRs ever seen by BAYP during the next 20 days while Being BAYPD ( BAYPDumP,lol), cuz they said the financing is already in.

Then, another amendment to increase the A/S to 200 Millions to have a good run to increase shareholder's Value, like they say all the time...lol...

BAYP: Worst SCAM and worst Darkside Play i've seen till now.

So many lies in each PR, even a newbie doing minimum DD would see it..
