2009!!!!!! Hey man, it's 2014 and half the year is over. Get over it...I am sure when the downturn hit ECOB and the bottom dropped out of housing for everyone, people have written that off, pulled up their pants and moved on.

Housing is making a recovery. Can't go back! Can only move forward, to the future. Besides, you only lose, if you sell!!!
