Dilution is my guess, VFIN dumped well below the ask.
Only other option is a direct placement of shares between parties which does happen when someone needs shares to cover they will execute directly to another party in need
On a day that saw the Dow drop 317 points. And then there was the half wit that dropped over 600,000 shares in the last minute of trading this wasn't too bad of a day.
The half wit that dropped a 600 thousand shares will be kicking himself in the arse when this stock shoots upwards of 10 cents in the very near future. Could have easily doubled his money. But that's what half wits do they panic. Mark this post.
