According to Mr. Natario and his report to the OTC today the float DID NOT decrease at all from July 21 to July 31st. It is the same today as it was on JULY 21st.
For the float to be reduced to ZERO it would mean that the freely traded shares at the current price per share would be bought/sold at 0.0001/0.0002. I am quite certain that share holders here that paid 0.0003 and higher wont take that offer.
