It appears that CDEX hoped to use the promoter to churn up a P&D.

No way any promoter can do a silk purse out of the SKUNKs ear that is CDEX and hold to a modicum of truth. They can cite NO DEBT and put the BK in very small print at the bottom. Maybe even cite that there are DOCs on the BOD of MEDICINE and PHARMACY. And cite the CEO that the IG4 has unbelievable potential.

(With "unbelievable" being the operative word.. but NOT MENTIONED as such!! LOL!!)
