vper always drops down extremely low, it's just a matter of when...There is money to be made with vper, but I have learned that (for my personal taste) it's much better to take several smaller profits when given the chance, as opposed to holding and waiting for one big one...Just a hypothetical scenario here...I would rather take 3 or 4 $400 profits every 2-4 weeks as opposed to waiting 4 to 6 months for one $3k payday...It entirely possible to do when you consider that just a few up-ticks on several hundred thousand or more shares is going to be pretty close to a weekly paycheck from a real job, and as always, vper will drop back down low to rebuy more shares...It always does and it always will

The answer to your question is yes... eventually! VPER runs when Farid wants it to...When you look at L2 you can spot the dilution market makers and that's generally what holds vper back...since vper really has no revenue, they dilute...sometimes they sell on the ask making it look like a bunch of buys, but it's not...when Farid wants to let it run, it runs...

VPER has a pattern it follows...It will run pretty nice a few times a year, then it has wild swings for a few weeks, then it goes dormant for awhile, then Farid comes up with another genius PR and people flock to vper believing the bullshit vper PRd and it runs again and the cycle starts all over
