Yes, as I later said (post 78131)...there are these things he is REQUIRED to keep current called filings if he wants to maintain the illusion of legitimacy, and shareholders sometimes actually look at them.
Kim must feel some kind of obligation to shareholders to keep this from hitting triple zeroes...source: fluffy PRs aka communication. But even if he didn't release them, I'm pretty we'd hear how he doesn't have to release any kind of info and we should just be happy about it.
Now I'll twiddle my thumbs and wait for somebody to say, "Unless he has a gun pointed at his head, he's not forced to tell you anything."....or something like that
