Yesterday was a key date for many reasons, not the least of which was to take the $1.32 sp as a spring board into August rather than the usual belly flop Mr. Bolduc chooses to take as in previous end of July follies.

Looks like Mr. Bolduc decided the belly flop was in shareholders best interest.
