Oh yes because all Rule 144 shareholder bought shares... Certainly none of them could possibly have been given shares in lieu of cash payment for services rendered. Or those who have held forever thinking things were going to get better realizing they arent are just going to watch it evaporate in front of their eyes.... Makes perfect sense...
