I think another good analogy regarding how B kills bacteria might involve fish in an aquarium filled with water. Assume you wanted to kill the fish in the aquarium and you decided to blow (or cut) a hole near the base of the aquarium the size of a kennedy half-dollar. The water would rush out thereby killing the fish in minutes.
B's equivalency/superiority to dapto has, pretty much, been established in the P2A. The P2B is a dose optimization study to determine the best dosing regimen, which we all hope will be one of the 2 1-day regimens.
