#17972 RE: rs99 #17970

RS99 Long response: I have no argument with that. But look at Russ' history before during and after the failed 1st launch. I've combed over those entries (what's left) now, over 3 times because I knew his past Hx is a pretty good indicator of how he will act in the future.

You'll prob. agree that he coulda diluted then with whatever excuse. Or make up excuse to issue A/S to dilute. He did not. He kept the tightest dam float I have ever heard of for a stock that small. Then failure. Then very, very small dilution to (really) make ends meet. He kept hoping, and hoping and hoping MisiG would catch on. Failure.

What's he gonna do? He was very frugal, accepting 400m common A/S shares instead of r/s as paycheck. That's what drew me here. The real dilution damage has come only in the last 4-5 mos. Still the O/S isn't that bad. The primary price tumble came from product sitting with dust just at $25.00 for 6, yes, 6/8 pills with Excedrine M ...you know the thing...whatta fiasco.

BUT my point is he has to pay a rental fee for that part of the shelf, which is priced into his mdse. No money coming in...complete flop...monthly charges coming in on prod. now not being sold. An email from a poster who said he talked to Russ said that "Russ said those stores charge for everything". Huge, but slow financial bleed until recall.

So during the flagging of 1st launch leading to failure and afterwards, there was no real massive dilution. Yes he diluted to make ends meet as there were NO SALES. Lead Balloon. But massively? No. He coulda placed a Q at the end of PMBS ticker and reorganized, but he did not do that either. That is Russ' Hx.

So I don't see him printing out any more shares than he absolutely has to. But if he has to, and 2nd launch is failure, (I hope I see that failure coming before it arrives and get out with even/even), OMG, WE ARE ALL FRIED THEN. Because the floodgates of dilution will open and another r/s(reverse split). ...maybe. That is Russ' history. He will therefore do it again in the future, and he will have his restricted share protection wrapped around him.

So, I think I know where he is going, and how he is going to go about doing it. I will cf. 2nd launch with the failed first launch errors. We have a real chance to see what he is doing differently this time. At that time a yet disenchanted person can catch one of those spikes (the pps will move much faster then), hopefully at the top and make the jump and be rid of PMBS.

But as for me? I like what he is doing. My avg. .00085 20 mill. position today will then be only 500,000 shares. It keeps coming out the same on the calculator...but I keep trying, you never know...

So I'm really hurt on this too. But this gets us there. I bought what this will be in a year. not pps 4 days ago, or Sept. 1st. I'll still make a lot of money, though not as much as I first really hoped.

Russ has to have the dough. His history is that he will be very frugal with dilution (just pay the bills, etc.) There was no other way. No, other, way. He's broke...I've said that many many times before now, but I believe in him and his vision ---for now.

Hope this is of some assistance to you and to all, Jerry.
