I seem to recall a PR in which it was proclaimed that mining in the Fraser had commenced in October 2012. Does that count?

Seems to be most shareholders keep using the word hopefully when it comes to NBRI finding enough gold to justify actually mining it for some sort of profit. Hopefully? If folks really are convinced, words like hopefully shouldn't be part of any post. NBRI miners will find buckets full of gold nuggets somewhere in the Ruby, period! Only when there is doubt, are the hopefull, hopefully.
