I don't believe we are in a quiet period, I don't believe we were in one, other than unofficial post dilution. I think ONCS just has no PR, is focused on science and doesn't think about shareholders short term value. I think after ASCO, the diluted because they needed the money, and set their focus on the next stage without thinking how share price was effected. For evidence I offer that Punit actually thought people would show up and be excited at the shareholders meeting. The dissatisfaction I believe took them by surprise.
I wish they would hire a PR firm, but I expect they are going to go forward hoping the next catalyst takes care of things. Look to be undervalued for awhile. We share holders need to step up if we want people to know what ONCS is capable of
