The BGL vs MSJ court case is stale...There is nothing happening IMO...No one can provide any proof that the case is even still active in the Mexican court system...
It's been claimed that BGL's auditors and the tsxv have information proving that the case is still active but no link to confirm the claim can be provided...
Even the site that has been claimed to be "the very best Mexico has to offer" only has an archive of the old stale BGL vs MSJ and no confirmed active case, or pending litigation waiting in the wings...
The only place that confirms the case is still active and more litigation is pending is BGL themselves...
