The 8k issued back in April/May shows he can't vest anymore until Jan 2015, but he was ok to sell what he had vested before then. He still has 6 mil more shares from next bonus vesting in Jan, and he has something like 10-15 Mil options he could exercise. So he has plenty left...

I recall the same thing, but I don't recall if it was published or was a mere rumor. Doesn't bother me none. In the past it mattered because the avg volume was 1 to 2 million. Now it's +10 mill. Kicking myself that I didn't buy that second million at 0.01. OH well....could of, should of, but enjoying the rise.
