Of course use your best judgement, but if you look at the short report, look at the size and regularity of the Bid slaps, it spells Naked Short Selling. That or dilution. Been in and out of $VGPR a long time, this is not longs dumping. In fact if you look at the days with very little Short action, there are very little sells.
