Yeah - the date on those records are from 2006. Who cares what happened last decade. I'm thinking that Zodiac Brands was a temporary reserved name for Marani and ended up handing naming rights to Ramos. Then he changed it to a marketing company. Its a good name for a business and was likely just reused. Don't really care.
