Maybe that "shareholder" wants newbies to understand what a schemer Berge is so they don't lose on his garbage stock, is that a bad thing?

Everyone knows Berge is in control here. No negative or positive opinions can 'will' anything to happen. It is all on Berge. The stock price, the A/s and rising o/s, the toxic funding. If an R/S happens it cannot be blamed on anyone

trying to "will it" to happen

If Berge does an R/S he deserves all the blame as he deserves all the blame for the stock price and the current sentiment about him and his crap stock.
