Indeed. Looking at the facts - TRTC is unquestionably the worst company to have ever tried to be a cannabis stock. It is so obvious that they are making an effort to dilute with all these ridiculous PR attempts. No one wants to buy TRTC stock anymore. If the company knew/cared what was best for shareholder, they would quit with the pitiful PRs and allow the stock to naturally fall to a price that makes the stock attractive again.
Anything over ~.25 is an absurd price for a company that is losing money the way TRTC is.
