This company is finished if they are unable to acquire that gaming company.. Imo
What makes you think that "that gaming company" really exists? Or that, if it exists, it would have the slightest interest in hooking up with the gang of clowns that run GNCP?
One thing that the Kool-Aid crowd seems to ignore, is that GNCP has NOTHING to offer a private company that is profitable and has good cash flow. Yay- you can take your profitable business and hook it up to a monster pile of convertible debt!
The only way any real company would join, would be if the current shareholders were reverse split into oblivion. But that isn't part of the Lumb/Lowenthal playbook; just expect this steaming pile to get abandoned.
