#25003 RE: Old_Drummerman #24998

Old Drum: There was nothing in your original post that violated iHub TOU. The post that you responded to was also deleted, so yours would make no sense by itself. I think that may be why it was also deleted.

Because you were attacked by multiple members for your post with definite TOU violations, it appeared that the moderator just deleted the whole thread.

Unfortunately that board does not welcome anyone who is not bullish about the stock.

I had to learn the hard way in my first two weeks here. I defended myself against attacks and got swept up in one of Matt's dragnets and was jailed along with everyone else in the melee. In order to stay out of the jailhouse, you have to post about the company or the stock but not about other members. Asking questions to others is okay as long as it is not about personal issues.

Old_D: I think you're supposed to turn the other cheek.

Wrong, no one is duty bound to turn the other cheek and hand over his or her wallet when being mugged. Maybe for self-preservation, but not because if you don't the "law" is coming after you and the mugger is to be set free.

Sorry, but that is absurd.

On SI in some cases the cheek was turned for months and the muggings continued. The "law" did not step in even when made aware of the regular muggings. All to often, those muggers with preferential status were only reprimanded in situations where the victim eventfully fought back. And then, The muggers were only remanded in concert with the victim because the “law” only took notice because two sets of arms were flailing about.

This is my last post on this subject, because I long ago exercised my power over SI Administration. I fired them...gg
