DRL popped last time because PR gov asked for delay and they were denied. I think court started today, but don't really know. It's a binary event - lotto ticket trade for sure, and add to that the tiny float and heavy short interest. Could double or lose half, but it's getting interesting again. 100k shares took it up over $.50 and it was halted for volatility. My guess is some special shorts covered during the halt, but who knows.
