Sorry, but this huge delay or wrong planning has nothing with hurry to do at all.

Execution doesn't appear to be Steves strong part, I have to admit HTFBS claimed back in January.

That is the reason Fidelity small cap fund reduced position from 3% to 1.3% to now???.....zero.

I am absolutely contrary. This stock sucks now and has drained the wealth from every long here. If there is no announcement/ contract, come December this stock will have " dwindled" back to pre-Clipstream prices. And if are not sure what those prices were, then do some more DD.
