* Funder to purchase existing note and funding future expansion.

This is good news. $100k deal with Sterling is very good. Glad he acknowledged the Chill.

The big question mark is the note being purchased...what further dilution will come of it and how much?

But it's been so long since we've had any good news I'm going to focus on it for today. Note questions can wait till tomorrow for me.
