It certainly does not help matters when said management is running ongoing battles at other sites with the same people they have booted here.
Very good point. I think it would be wise for the site owners to be silent and prove themselves by their actions, improving customer service and growing into a very successful and profitable site. When they go to other sites to defend themselves, it makes the company look small and unprofessional. Also, it is unnecessary since some iHub customers (Churak for one) have been defending them.
Perhaps they should consider refraining from defending themselves in the same way that they expect their customers not to defend themselves against personal attacks from other customers (or else both can be thrown in jail as I discovered the hard way).
