I've answered this question many times. tmm says on its web site that it owns VDK 1.0-1.4 and is using it. It says it owns VDK 2.0 and is not using it. Guess what, it doesn't own or have rights to either one. Once Raytheon finds this out, instead of saying NOTHING in the tmm news release it may actually have a unrepeatable comment to make.
