I agree. The Israeli stock market has not closed even one day.

Management didn't do a good job of anticipating the challenges this merger posed and they unfortunately over promised and under delivered.

That said, hopefully they have righted the ship and on the path to closing this merger in short order.

I have always said the merger closing is just the beginning of the BBRD/SDE story and as long as they follow up with PRs regarding the current/proposed projects and any revenues we will be fine.
