Don't TWDL have to issue a Form D or something to FINRA/S.E.C. if they offering shares to raise capital?
I also notice on the OTC that TWDL has an accounting company listed as Pathfinders Enterprises LLC out of Salt Lake. Odd that the State of Utah doesn't have a business registered by that name!
