Whether that is true or not is irrelevant as its the quality of investigation that determines if answers are sufficient.

Doesn't take much of an "investigation" to determine that the Neil Road address is indeed that of the registered agent, which is Corporate Service Center, Inc.

But why not drop by anyway? You could ask whether they're still being paid by PFNO, given that PFNO's in default.
