Did you not read the CFO magazine article I just posted regarding S-3 registration mergers? Secondly, there is only Art as the sole officer and director now that KA is gone.
Do you really think a non-college grad who is a film colorist is going to explain to you why a merger and an S-3 registration is not applicable in this case?
Unfortunately, 99% of the investors in SKTO are more educated and experienced with SEC law that the CEO is. Sad they let him manage their capital.
