Where is this in any filing??? DP manager/CFO!!!

Something is starting to smell... I cannot find one filing that states this in any way !!! Yet they state that they filed for the public company TRTC!!!

So public company TRTC selling to what is hoped to be a private dispensary owned and operated by the above folks!!! Seems like the same group???

Answers need to be given... Something is crazy wrong about this on the surface .....
