Not exactly, the news was good but the completion of phase 1 was already evident. Whats also evident is they don't have the money for phase 2. YET...$21,000 is nice to see tho from just testing!

MELY has moved fairly fast in phase 1, which leads me to believe that there has to be funding in place for phase 2..thats the news we should be waiting on. For phase 2 to commence they need 6 figures..they've been working on funding for a good period of time now...

"The Company will provide forecasts and future build out schedules for the Second Phase of expansion in the near future."

Only way that happens in the "NEAR FUTURE" is with FUNDING :)

Its all coming into place..these things take time and MELY is continuously executing PR after PR...
