One person here complains that the company should be sued by the shareholders when the concept is just ridiculous. Ppl here have lost a lot of money. The financing terms are highly dilutive. In fact the selling into the gains today was probably YA and company because they knew the 8k was coming out. No one that has been here long term believed that something good was coming although I speak for myself when I say I was hoping for the rabbit pulled out of the hat.
This news is a non-issue. The debentures are highly dilutive. Everyone here knows this. The operating information isn't changing. So we move on IMO.
