I don't know if anyone else noticed but it seems to me that this last PR was not widely circulated. Usually the penny stock rags pick up on this sort of thing and I haven't seen anything else published. Perhaps a lot of the market isn't aware of the numbers yet. Also, we were fighting a down market today.
In any event, I expect a slow methodical climb up. The flippers want to keep the pps in a range so that they can claim their 10% profits every few days and the MM's aren't ready to let it run yet and get too far ahead of itself.
