I Personally feel that BNIKF will probably stick around until Benitec decides to list on a major exchange. Again, that's just my opinion. I haven't seen anything solid regarding the BNIKF ticker regardless.
I personally believe that once they list on a major exchange, all the others will pretty much be obsolete. Looking ahead, it is possible that could happen either mid next year, or in 2016 after the phase I/IIa trial is complete. That's just my personal speculation. Also, those who have BNIKF don't have to "convert". They can just sell their BNIKF shares and buy BTEBY instead. Of course converting is more likely to be faster unless you have day-trading capabilities. But personally, at this point, converting over yourself buy selling BNIKF and buy BTEBY is rather low risk. Nothing is really happening right now while we are playing the waiting game. And if it continues to lower, some people might actually come out ahead, as they sell BNIKF only to pick up BTEBY in a lower price, considering the immediate trend.
