BCAP's float = O/S which has been maxed out for 30 months with zero dilution (about 2.36B).

Attorney Opinion letter should be filed today and the CE symbol on the stock removed within days.

Also BCAP filed 2012-2014 financials yesterday showing its been profitable throughout that period.

If you look at the one-year chart you'll see BCAP touched $0.0001 on only one day on October 24, 2013. Probably a trader try to play games by selling into the Bid. Never happened since then.
