Dale my credibility is not the issue here... I would love more than anything for a big turn around..

What I posted is facts from pacer. The more we find the worse it looks.

Please tell me what you find good about a person that was so careless to lose 1.5 million dollars without a trace or his knowledge of?

You mean to tell me that you don't think James Turek wasn't just a little careless to let people steal 1.5 million dollars with out him noticing?

Let me ask you? If you had one million five hundred thousand dollars to run a business do you think someone or persons could steal it with out you knowing and not leave a trail to be found and prosecuted?

Is this the type of person you want to invest your money into?

What do you think about his past history of trying to produce an Audit with Florida Curbing to be on the NASD only to be told that they were not audible because of fraud. How does this fair for credibility to get involved with such companies?

What about people disappearing?

There is something terrible wrong here, smells real bad IMHO!
