He doesn't even have to make excuses anymore. A few shareholders already make them for him. He can just go completely dark on KMAG at this point, which he may have already done judging from any lack of explanation or update on the missing Form 10 'submitted' over a month ago. Yet I still don't see an uproar from shareholders demanding an explanation from Reid
