no it doesn't have a halt in canada...too many people up here use their banks as primary trading accounts. For us to use Questrade or ETrade etc (the best) we need to wait 5-6 business days in transferring funds. And, most of the banks out here offer a TFSA (tax free savings account - yes, its a real thing) but the combo of a TFSA trading account does not allow any OTC to be traded on. People must apply for a cash account.

Then they buy as much XUII, GRDO, UPZS & PBHG as possible...
