and the next round of financials are the June 30th financials due August 15th, which are going to show few revenues and massive net losses, in addition to continued dilution

Looks like $3 is the resistance level at the moment. Fingers-crossed to see that barrier broken at some point, but probably won't occur until the next round of financials are released.
