This has to be the most pathetic stock of all pennies. The delay tactacs should be criminal behavior! This is outright fraud and they are getting away with it. Since they mentioned 90 days in the last statement, they are free to dilute for 3 more months before having to come up with another excuse. SEC has failed us for allowing this to go on.
The problem is you people think they have those actual options when they say their reviewing options. It would be like me saying I'm debating whether I should win the lottery or just get a job that pays a million dollars a year....I can review those options all day long doesn't mean they're ever going to happen or even a possibilty.
