If a Company PR would not be viewed in a favorable fashion, then why didn't PPHM use a respected 3rd Party Company to perform the audit and review after the Fargo incident? IMO, this would have been money well spent and could have brought more value to the investors.

Pretty much that and all of the other "PRs" they've put out over the last 10+ years.
