Contemplating grabbing a few more shares while they are there to be grabbed.

Those short were either given bad advice or blundered badly when they shorted TelVue. They are unable to cover even if they wanted to and will not be able to cover easily when they have to.
Dividends will attract new investors and also punish the shorts while rewarding investors. Go TEVE!!!
Revenues/earnings/dividends!
