One report recently thought it would be right at the end of the 3rd qtr as originally stated (sometime in the 3rd qtr). That would put it at the end of Sept/early Oct. I think it was Chardan, though, that recently said they expected it to be done sometime in Aug. so that gives a pretty wide range of date but most think mid Aug to early Oct. Don't think anybody can pin it down any closer than that range of dates.
The main hangup may be the court filings for the OVRL stockholders and when they can be cleared up. Since OVRL already has the votes needed to OK the merger per ownership of mgt and institutions strongly behind the merger, once they get the OK they should be able to act quickly since they really don't need to go thru all the retail investors for OK (at least to get the votes needed for ratification) but I am not sure if they have to do it anyway just to give dissenters to the merger a voice as to why they don't approve of the deal.
