I agree with you Lev. Imo, the placement would have already been secured and we are waiting the IPO at any time.
As far as buying Canwealth shares, one could do that later but as of now my best play is to own lots of ICBT shares after all, we own 60.09% of all Canwealth so a shareholder actually own a piece of Canwealth by owning ICBT. A Win Win situation.
