Ummm 60 days from July 10th is not almost here. It's been 20 as of today. September 7th is 60 days, so the 8th since that's a Sunday.
Has anyone ever called IR and not been able to get through at all, even to voice mail? I called three times this morning - once was a busy tone and the other two it said "The number you are trying to call is not reachable". Maybe they're just not there yet? Even still, I called after hours last night and it went to voicemail.
