Regarding what some people on here are screaming "dilution," however, that is not what is happening. The total shares have been resting at roughly 193M shares for months, dilution would have increased the total share w/out changing market cap.
Here is what you called "dilution": Suppose you bought 100K shares of WEST at 0.03, one day a guy named Mister Market comes knocking at your door and bid to buy them for 0.025, but you wanna cut loss so you negotiate and ask for 0.027, the price of your stock is now 0.025-0.027; this is not dilution, it's market fluctuation.
Here's a safe haven advice: Mr. Market will knock on your door everyday asking for a price that is idiotic and ridiculous at time, but it's up to you if you want to sell it and take a loss or not.
