Actually yes, really. Looked at my trading account records and on 12/27/10, BRGOD did hit .30. And yes, I was able to trade it that day. Can't find the Yahoo Finance posts for that time period, they're gone with the D, but I remember what folks were posting that day.

I looked up historical quotes on NASDAQ. According to their website BRGO trade on 12/27/2010:

Opened: $1.01
High: ... $1.01
Low: ... $0.05
Closed: $0.35
